The device contains a source of monitoring information, a complex for displaying information and operational control, a computer complex, a communication and data transmission complex, means for transmitting planned information and communication with a computer, a dispatcher decision support system, connected in a certain way.

EFFECT: increased capacity of the airspace area in which air traffic is carried out, reduced fuel consumption.
