FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: resettable dosage mechanism comprises a dosage button and a scale catch mechanism functionally connected to the dosage button. A spindle actuates a cartridge plug, while a drives forms a functional connection between the dosage button and the spindle. Giving an injection is accompanied by moving the dosage button axially to make the spindle administer a dose. Once a dose-setting mechanism is reset, the spindle is drawn back inside the dose-setting mechanism. The scale catch mechanism is pulled proximally to actuate the reset mechanism. What is described is an effective reset mechanism.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing durable and straight paths of loading of plastic structural components of the device, which are not subject to long-duration loading.
