FIELD: production of rubber.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of thermally aggressive rubber mixtures of increased hardness used for sealing elements of oil and gas industry equipment. Rubber mixture of increased hardness for sealing elements contains hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber, novoperox BP-40, maleate F, monomethacrylate zinc, oligoesterxrylate TGM-3, triallyliso-cyanaurate, burnt magnesia, technical carbon N 220, hollow corundum microspheres HCM-L, filler silicic acid, colophony, diaphene FP, naugard 445, songnox 1010, struktol WB-222, polymethylsiloxane PMS-200, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, hepsol HKP, urotropin, modifier RU and Silquesta A-174, as well as aramid fiber.
EFFECT: invention improves physical and mechanical properties of the rubber mixture – tear resistance, resistance to thermal aging in aggressive hydrocarbon media at high temperatures and pressure drops.
