FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rubber industry, in particular to the production of rubber mixtures used for manufacture of sealing elements applied in the production of packer-anchor equipment for oil and gas industry. Rubber mixture contains butadiene-nitrile rubber of trademark BNKS-40 AMN, percadox BC-FF, irganox 1010, technical carbon N 220, technical carbon P514, oligoester acrylate MGF-9, oligoester acrylate TGM-3, triallyl isocyanurate, maleide F, zinc monomethyl acrylate, captax, novantox 8PFDA and technological additive Lubstab-01 or lubricant MA-L22.
EFFECT: improved conventional tensile strength, relative elongation at rupture, tear resistance due to enhanced mixture ingredient dispersion in rubber matrix and high ageing resistance of rubber in aggressive hydrocarbon media at high temperatures.
