SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a pharmaceutical aqueous ionic solution and use thereof. Pharmaceutical aqueous ionic solution including at least a seawater solution having an osmolality, in range from 250 mOsm/kg to 350 mOsm/kg for isotonic solution, or osmolarity above 350 mOsm/kg for hypertensive solution in weight ratio in range of 25 %-98 % with respect to total weight of said aqueous ionic solution; at least one cationic phospholipid of natural origin in weight ratio from about 0.01 to 5 % with respect to total weight of said aqueous ionic solution and at least one compound, originally immiscible with said solution based on sea water, in weight ratio in range of 0.01-10 % with respect to total weight of said aqueous ionic solution, where compound, originally immiscible with said solution, is selected from water or oil vegetable extracts, essential oils, lipophilic vitamin, fatty acid or mixtures thereof. Use of pharmaceutical aqueous ionic solution for preparing a drug or product for pharmaceutical application, intended for preventing or treating diseases in area of ear, nose and throat by removing oedema mucous membranes and liquefaction produced secretions.

EFFECT: said pharmaceutical aqueous ionic solution is a stable solution, which is achieved by including a cationic phospholipid in disclosed solution.
