FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ionic aqueous solution for throat care. Ion-active aqueous solution for throat care contains: hypertensive solution of inorganic salts with osmolality exceeding 350 mOsmol/kg, in amount of at least 20 wt % with respect to total weight of ion-active solution; one or more plant-based polyols in an amount of at least 50 wt % with respect to the total weight of the ion-active solution, wherein the polyol consists of glycerol by at least 90 wt % and sorbitol in amount of 5 to 10 wt % with respect to total weight of said polyols; at least one ester of sucrose and C₈-C₂₄ fatty acid, selected from sucrose laurate, sucrose capronate, sucrose caprylate, saccharose caprate, saccharose myristate, saccharose palmitate, sucrose stearate or sucrose ester and coconut oil fatty acid, in amount of 0.01 to 1.00 wt % in relation to total weight of ion-active solution, propolis extract in amount of 0.5 to 8 wt % and/or honey in amount of 1 to 8 wt % with respect to total weight of ion-active solution, wherein pH value of solution is in range from 4 to 6.

EFFECT: this solution is effective for neck care, has antimicrobial activity, is stable, characterized by good dispersion, longer drain time.
