FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deriving arsenic from sulphide materials. Annealing of sulphide rejects is carried out in a mixture with pyrite and with sawdust while heating in three steps. At third step temperature is raised to 660-720 °C, with removal of arsenic sulphide vapour into a condenser for cooling to temperature of 60 °C. Ejector is used o feed recycled dust from a second zone into condenser at a temperature of 60-30 °C for cooling of arsenic sulphide vapour to 720-300 °C. Recycled dust is blown by feeding nitrogen or recycled gas into ejector. Method is implemented in described device.
EFFECT: reduced formation of condensate crust to produce while obtaining bulk arsenic sulphide and low-arsenic sulphide tin-containing ash, suitable as a sulphidizer for extracting tin by fuming slag.
