FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: preserves contain fully cured and cut to pieces mackerel fillet. Fillet pieces are poured over with filling. Filling is produced by beating deodorized refined vegetable oil and defrosted at 15-20 °C sea urchin caviar. All the components are used in certain weight ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to get of delicatessen preserves with high nutritive and biological value.
