FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to coloproctology, to an apparatus for treating vast postoperative perineal wounds. Apparatus is made in the form of a tight transparent isolator-chamber in the form of short trousers "capri pants" of a biologically compatible optically transparent elastic vacuum-dense polymer film and is equipped with a vacuum system for removal of ambient air from internal volume of the isolator chamber placed on an operated patient, the vacuum system is connected to the internal volume of the isolator-chamber through an incision in the vacuum-dense polymer film of the isolator-chamber and is fixed on the outer surface of the vacuum-dense polymer film of the isolator-chamber using a self-adhesive film, vacuum system for removal of air can be placed on an operated patient in any point of the outer surface of the insulator-chamber depending on the nature of nature of surgical intervention which the patient came through and the point of the intervention, inner surfaces of the belt the insulator-chamber, encircling the patient's waist when placed on the patient, and inner surfaces of the bottom of pant legs, covering the patient's lower extremities above elbows, are made with self-adhesive surfaces, ensuring adherence to the patient's body during isolation from ambient atmosphere, on the outer surface of the vacuum-dense polymer film of the isolator-chamber through an incision in it there are ports for using during the vacuum drainage of inflammation products of soft tissues, rectal drainage with controlled diversion of faecal masses in a colostomy bag and introducing a urinary catheter and drain tubes, fixed on the outer surface of the vacuum-dense polymer film of the insulator-chamber using a self-adhesive film.
EFFECT: technical result is reducing hyperemia and wound edge oedema, sufficient accuracy of visualising and assessing the possibility of formation of residual or newly formed tissue necrosis, reduced time of formation of clean wound with adequate granulation tissue, sufficient preventing anaerobic flora growth, providing formation of a tender wet scab during wound healing, as well as reduced time of cleansing and healing pus cavities with simultaneous increase of patient's life quality.
