SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the system of radioactive substance family decontamination. Decontamination system comprises magnetic composite particle to decontamination; means of magnetic accumulation. Magnetic composite particle has a multi-layer structure. It includes: magnetic particle formed in core section; capture composition formed in surface layer; and an intermediate layer which covers magnetic particle and is formed between magnetic particle and capture composition, capture composition and intermediate layer are connected together by means of electrostatic communication, magnetic particle has an average grain size from 1 nm to 10 mm. There are versions of magnetic composite particle, as well as method of making composite particle.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows highly efficient decontamination of family of radioactive substances, and features a high resistance to environmental influence.
