System comprises a flow table, packet transfer processing unit configured to receive a packet for multicast transfer, packet processing based on flow table including packet header rewriting and receiving a second packet by copying the rewritten packet and transmitting the rewritten packet to the destination port and transmitting the second packet to the cyclic processing unit, and the cyclic processing unit which upon receiving the second packet from the packet transmission processing unit is configured to return the second packet to the packet transmission processing unit, wherein the flow table comprises a plurality of flow records; wherein each record determines a conformity condition which indicates the address of multicast transmission as the destination address, and action including the destination port.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing multicast packet transmission due to cyclic packet processing.
