FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of rendering spatial audio content in the system which is configured to reflect audio from one or more surfaces of listening environment. System includes a set of audio heads distributed along the perimeter of the room, wherein at least one head from the set is configured to project sound waves to one or several surfaces of listening environment to reflect sound to listening area, and a renderer configured to receive and process audio streams and one or more sets of meta-data which are connected to each of the audio streams and accurately determine the playback location in the listening environment.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of adaptive audio system, providing full spatial information, reproducible in listening environment which can include only a part of full group of loudspeakers, and may also include the use of reflected radiation loudspeakers to radiate sound from places where direct radiation loudspeakers are absent.
