FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to immunology, and can be used for preclinical detection of antiallergic action of food products containing lactobacillus. Method comprises sensitisation in experimental animals: for 7 days in two groups of mature inbred male mice BALB/c, consisting of 10 individuals in each group, daily intraperitoneally administering each 10 mcg of allergen orange or lemon allergen. 7 days after last intraperitoneal administration for 7 days administering orally each 10 mg of same allergen. After that, for 5 days animals of one of groups is administered orally each 0.5 ml of a product with lactobacilli in concentration of 5×107 CFU, on day 27 of experiment. Blood serum of all animals is examined for concentration of histamine, immunoglobulin E a concentration of acetic and butyric acids is determined in homogenate of intestine of animals. At concentration in mice not administered product with lactobacilli, histamine 16.82-24.55 mcmol/l, immunoglobulin E 15.9-21.2 ng/ml, acetic acid 0.936-1.092 mcmol/g, butyric acid 3.97-5.71 mcmol/g, and in animals administered product with lactobacilli, histamine concentration is 11.42-14.44 mcmol/l, immunoglobulin E 10.22-14.97 ng/ml, acetic acid 1.42-1.48 mcmol/g, butyric acid 3.852-3.878 mcmol/g - establishing therapeutic properties of food product with lactobacilli with food allergy.

EFFECT: using given method enables preclinical detection of antiallergic action of food products containing lactic acid bacillus, with manifestation of food allergy.
