SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agent for oral administration with combined normalizing effect on immune and digestive system, which contains as active agent contains mixture of carboxylic acids, C₁-C₄, amino acids and their salts in the following proportions, wt%: alanine – 0.1–0.4, aspartic acid – 0.05–2.0; valine – 0.5–1.5, glycine – 0.05–0.2; glutamic acid – 0.5–2.0; leucine – 0.1–0.4; lysine hydrochloride – 0.5–2.0; carboxylic acids C₁-C₄ from 1.5 to 25; water – the rest, and as carboxylic acids C₁-C₄ it contains acetic, lactic, succinic and formic acids, wherein their concentration in end product is in range, wt%: acetic acid – 1.0–15.0 %; lactic acid – 0.2–5.0 %; succinic acid – 0.15–3.0 %; formic acid – 0.1–2.0 %.

EFFECT: invention provides stimulation of cell immune response, intensified humoral immune response and also has therapeutic action in erosive-ulcerous lesions of gastrointestinal tract.
