SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, and more specifically to clinical immunology and the search for new means of anti-allergic action, and can be used for the pharmacological correction of disorders of the immune system associated with increased secretion of immunoglobulin E. Water-soluble humic acids, isolated by the extraction of sodium pyrophosphate from high-moor pine-cotton grass peat, are used, for example, as an anti-allergic agent, and when taken as a course, they have the ability to suppress the development of early stages of allergic reactions of the Th2-dependent type of immune response by reducing the severity of the systemic reaction of anaphylaxis, a decrease in the concentration of Class E immunoglobulins and stabilization of mast cell membranes. Fundamentally new in the proposed invention is the use as an antiallergic agent of water-soluble humic acids with a number-average molecular weight of 6110.2 Da, an average molecular weight of 22783.9 Da, a polydispersity of 3.7 and a median of 11798.9 Da, isolated by extraction with sodium pyrophosphate from high-moor-pine-cotton grass peat from a depth of 10-50 cm of the Vasyuganskoye peat deposit (Vysoky Ryam site) of the Bakcharsky district of the Tomsk region.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of non-toxic antiallergic agents of natural origin.
