FIELD: pipes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connections of main pipelines. Connection comprises two pipelines connection units, one of which is intended for branching main pipeline on two: main and parallel laid reserve, and the other unit is intended for connection of main and reserve pipelines in one main pipeline. Each unit includes a housing with cavity and with three branch pipes of equal diameter D, two branch pipes of which are located at an angle to each other symmetrically about the axis of the main pipeline. Swivel with sealing elements, drive and curved tubular adapter is mounted on supports inside the housing. One end of the adapter continuously communicates with the pipeline, and the opposite end in turn communicates with said branch pipes, which are continued by the main and reserve pipelines. Adapter represents a truncated part of the pipe-bend with diameter D and bend radius R, caused by requirements for missing cleaning and diagnostics pig receivers. Pipe-bend cutting surface represents a cylinder with diameter D with symmetry axis coinciding with rotation axis of the adapter.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of switching between main and reserve pipelines without interrupting transfer, decreased vertical size of the connection units.
