System comprises an input module and an alarm synthesiser, wherein input module additionally includes cellular communication network subscribers, Internet site, applications for mobile devices and personal computers, and alarm synthesiser further includes an SMS-message server and a network of information displays on crossings.
EFFECT: possibility of informing drivers of non-rail vehicles on current state of railway crossings.
