FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: nozzle for scrubber containing a body with branch pipes for dust-laden and cleaned gas, a spraying device, support grids between which the nozzle is located, and a device for slurry withdrawal, the nozzle is made in form of a cylindrical ring, to which side surface two semi-spherical surfaces are attached opposite to each other so, that diametric planes of hemispheres coincide respectively with the upper and lower bases of the cylindrical ring, and vertices of the semi-spherical surfaces are located on the ring axis and directed towards each other. A perforation is made on both the side surface and on the semi-spherical surfaces, and the space between the side inner surface of the perforated cylindrical ring and the two perforated semi-spherical surfaces attached to its side surface is filled with additional inert elements, for example, in the form of balls, which diameters are greater than the diameter of the ring perforation and the semi-spherical surfaces. The nozzle is made in form of a cylindrical ring with partitions secured on the side inner surface in the form of washers with holes perpendicular to the ring axis of the washers with holes, which axes are asymmetric to the ring axis, or the nozzle is made in the form of a block inscribed in the block circumference consisting of seven interconnected side faces of hexahedral parallelepipeds without upper and lower bases, or the nozzle is made in the form of a ball, on which surface there are blind holes of the semi-spherical shape.

EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process, reduced metal capacity and vibration-acoustic activity of the device as a whole.
