SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of a superconducting fast switch. Core of invention is that a superconducting fast switch containing a disconnecting element in the form of two series-connected foil conductors from a superconducting material, to outputs of which outputs are connected of two series-connected and heteropolar charged capacitors, between the point of connection of the capacitors and the point of connection of the conductors of the disconnecting element there is a locking device, conductors of the disconnecting element are folded to each other through an insulating material with bifilarity, and together these conductors are laid into an inductive winding, in the central area of the disconnecting element there is a copper rod of round section with a wavy in the axial direction side surface having a closed cavity, the wall thickness of the rod exceeds the depth of penetration of magnetic field at the control frequency, the rod is connected to the connection point of conductors of the disconnecting element with a locking device, outside of the disconnecting element and concentrically to it there is a hollow cylinder from a metal with high electric conductivity, which has a wavy in the axial direction inner surface, herewith its wall thickness exceeds the depth of penetration of magnetic field at the control frequency.
EFFECT: provided is reducing energy of control over the superconducting switch.
