SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear reactor passive protection means. Bearing assembly for a nuclear reactor includes housing (40), fission zone located in the lower part of housing (40), free space, located in the upper part of housing (40), free space (52) located in the fission zone and extending along the height of the fission zone along the longitudinal axis, shell (54), which restricts free space (52), as well as input initiation system (SI) of the absorbent assembly. Input initiation system of the absorbent assembly comprises capsule (10) with a longitudinal axis, absorption and/or softening consequences of emergency assembly (2) suspended in the capsule, and input initiation device (DI) of the absorbing assembly capable of releasing the absorbent assembly at the assembly emergent state, herewith capsule (10) is inserted into shell (54), and the input initiation system of the absorbing assembly is installed in a detachable manner in the bearing assembly.
EFFECT: higher reliability of input of negative reactivity into the active zone.
