FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of a device for injection forming and to an intravaginal device. Method of forming the device includes the following stages: (a) casting mold assembling consisting of the main convex and the main concave parts of the mold, (b) injection of the first liquid polymer material inside the main cavity of the casting mold and providing hardening of the polymer material with a high module to form a frame of the device; (c) replacement of the main concave part of the casting mold with an auxiliary concave part of the mold; (d) retention of the device frame in the formed cavity of the mold and injection of a liquid damping polymer material to form the first part of the outer layer supporting the shape of the main cavity of the casting mold; (e) replacement of the main convex part of the casting mold with an auxiliary convex part of the cast mold and (f) injection of an additional amount of an auxiliary liquid damping polymer material into the formed cavity of the mold to form a sufficiently homogeneous outer layer around the frame. Intravaginal device is made as per the above described invention method.
EFFECT: technical result provided when using the device as per the invention is improvement of softness, comfort and reliability of the article.
