SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar ranging. System includes receiving-transmitting modules located around parking area, including antenna system, providing for probing signal conversion, antenna radiation pattern beam width provides simultaneous coverage of entire car parking area; transmitting and receiving channels, made with possibility to generate probing signal and received signal pre-processing. System includes synchronization and control elements, ensuring distributed radar system operation, successive in time and turn switching on of each separate transmitter-receiver module into probing signal radiation mode and receiving signal reflected from outdoor parking surface during time, enabling real antenna phase center electronic movement on path in form of circumference, processing device, displaying device and comparator unit.

EFFECT: enabling simplified production of restricted by area plot fine-grained image.
