SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Rotary joint prosthesis comprises a distal component for anchoring to a first bone, proximal component for anchoring to a second bone and a coupling piece. Prosthesis with the first component, forms a flexion bearing around a first axis and, together with the second component, forms a rotary bearing. Rotary support comprises a pin and a bearing sleeve around second axis oriented transversally in relation to the first axis, as well as bearing insert comprising sliding sleeve enveloping pin and support bush, surrounding said sliding sleeve and is attached to the connection piece by securing element. Securing element comprises an actuation unit within the support sleeve and can be connected to the coupling piece such as to ensure tensile strength by means of two aligned bores in the support sleeve and the coupling piece.
EFFECT: invention provides increased strength and, if recovery of the prosthesis is necessary, its easier disassembly.
