SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to paediatric orthopaedics and traumatology. Method comprises closed transcutaneous elongation of Achilles tendon by application of notches by half of its width in staggered order in turn with the medial side and lateral side of the tendon and elongation of the tendons of the long and short Peroneal muscles due to their Z-shaped incision. Osteotomy is performed by incision of a calcaneal bone perpendicular to its longitudinal axis with passage of an osteotomy line through a facet, providing formation of separate distal and proximal bone fragments. Then, fragments are separated along the longitudinal axis of the foot until the angle of longitudinal arch of foot is 120-130°. Graft is adjusted for sizes of diastasis formed between the fragments of the calcaneal bone and installed in it. Obtained position of foot bones is fixed by means of two Kirschner wires in direction from forefoot to posterior calcaneal bone with passage through a cuboid bone, graft and both fragments of the calcaneal bone, excluding the possibility of outputting wire ends beyond the latter. Posterior tibial muscle is shortened. Gypsum immobilization of foot is performed.

EFFECT: invention enables adequate correction of deformation of bone and soft tissue foot elements within one operational intervention while providing simplified manipulations and possibility of early rehabilitation.
