FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, and can be used for calcaneus osteotomy. Layer-by-layer access to the calcaneal body along an external foot surface is performed, a Z-shaped elongation of the short fibular muscle tendon. After parallel heel-cuboid joint and receding 1.5 cm posterior thereto, an oscillatory saw is transected by a transverse osteotomy of calcaneal bone passing between medial and anterior articular calcaneus facets. In the osteotomy area an expander is installed, by means of which the calcaneal bone fragments are expanded so that a wedge-like diastasis with a base outside the width S and with an angle A between its sides is formed. Bone defect is filled with a transplant. After the wedge diastasis is formed, and before filling the formed heel bone defect with graft, fixing element of H-shaped reconstructive plate is introduced in it, made in the form of two pairs of tabs protruding from lower surface of plate in its central part from opposite sides of plate in transverse direction along lines of their connection with web connecting side of plate, arranged in pairs at an angle to each other and opposite each other, wherein angle between opposite pairs of clamping member claws is equal to angle A between sides of formed triangular diastase, and distance between contacting surfaces of bone fragments by surfaces of opposite lugs of fixing element along lines of their intersection with lower surfaces of sides of plate is equal to width S of base of formed wedge-like diastasis. Thereafter, fragments of calcaneal bone are fixed by means of four screws through two pairs of holes made on opposite sides of the plate. That is followed by skin notching in the patient's iliac wing and trocar is used to take homogenate of cancellous bone, which is filled with bone defect calcaneal bone. H-shaped reconstructive plate for calcaneus osteotomy comprises two symmetrically located sides, each having two openings, a bridge between these sides in the central part of the plate and a fixing element protruding from the lower surface in the central part of the plate. Fixing element is made in the form of two pairs of tabs protruding from first and second sides of plate in transverse direction along lines of their connection with web, located in pairs opposite each other at acute angle to each other.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of patient's treatment by using an H-shaped reconstructive plate.
