FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic milk treatment device is located between milk outlet manifold from vacuum milking unit manifold milk chamber and milk delivery line. Device comprises hollow cylinder, which is formed by ultrasonic emissions circular piezo sources and coated with shell from stainless steel and resonance membrane from elastic rubber. Along cylinder cavity center cast rod with annular projections from food rubber is arranged, fixed with possibility of circular through duct formation by means of discs from food rubber with through not aligned holes installed at inlet and outlet. Rod circular ledges together with not aligned holes of discs facilitate creation of milk flow and mixing turbulent condition. At outlet of said duct flow section is less than at inlet. Ultrasonic emissions piezo sources are made with possibility of radiation passage inside cylinder through resonance membrane.
EFFECT: invention enables to eliminate initial bacterial contamination of milk at initial stage of its production, which provides its higher quality.
