Rotary plate (70) has a cross section of complex curved profile, having first section (80), extending between first end part (73) and middle part (76), and second section (82) extending between said middle part (76) and second end part (75).
EFFECT: one of first and second sections (80, 82) is formed by at least two curvilinear segments (85, 90), including at least one curvilinear segment (85), having positive curvature, and at least one curvilinear segment (85), having negative curvature.
