FIELD: immunology.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is DSM ACC3076 cell line and an obtained from it monoclonal antibody. As per the invention the antibody is bound both with the full-size human IgG1 and with its Fab-fragment, but is not bound with human class IgG2 and IgG4 antibodies. Considered is application of the proposed antibody for immunoassay, a set, a method for detection of the human therapeutic antibody of class IgG1 or its Fab-fragment in a sample taken from an experimental animal, a method for determining the human therapeutic antibody of class IgG1 or its Fab-fragment in the sample, application of the antibody for determining the concentration of total, active, ADA-bound or bound with the antigen therapeutic antibody in the sample and a composition.

EFFECT: present invention can find further application in immunoassay.
