FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in designing and construction of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures. Seismic-isolation system “pile in pipe in downtake well” consists of building on piles foundation with high grillage surrounded by retaining wall, seismic deformation seam between building and retaining wall, reinforced concrete piles located inside pipes, rigidly braced with grillage in upper part, buried in bearing soils of 1 or 2-nd categories of seismic properties with lower part, turning off links between piles and pipes' top part, top of which is located between elevations of retaining wall foot and bottom of grillage. Pipes' top is located at bottom of downtake well intermediate grillages between upper grillage and bottom of well are braced with piles-columns forming one or more underground levels. In level of each grillage turning off and/or turning on bracings between grillages and well are installed. Dry friction damper is attached to upper grillage and well bottom. Seismic seam is located between bottom and walls of downtake well. Seismic deformation seam is located between building and downtake well top.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of intensity of seismic effect on building using underground space, reduced diameter, length of used pipes, increased number of adaptation variants of seismic isolating system.
