FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used for rolling at combination mill. Plant comprises casting unit and subsequent rolling unit (4). Casting unit comprises teeming ladle with molten metal, horizontal casting chute with pouring nozzle in outlet area and primary cooling zone with two rollers and rotary cooled casting conveyor (1). Rolling unit (4) comprises at least two drive rollers. Between pouring conveyor and rolling unit drive unit (3, 3′, 3′′) is installed to drive belt (5) containing at least two drive rollers. Drive unit (3, 3′, 3′′) is installed eccentrically with possibility of rotation. Drive unit (3, 3′, 3′′) rollers are made with possibility of alternate lowering on belt in the direction of casting and effecting it with various pressing force during casting and rolling processes.
EFFECT: enabled cast band tension adjustment and elimination of cracks in it.
