SUBSTANCE: one method of implementation relates to the converter which includes a support connected to the base. Support can include a rod and the first connecting surface oriented at an angle to rod, and the base may include a second connecting surface oriented at an angle to rod being in fact parallel to the first connecting surface of the support. Converter may additionally include sensitive material attached between the first connecting surface of the support and the second connecting surface of the base.
