FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of solution analysis, namely, is intended for determining the degree of dissolution. The claimed group of inventions includes a vibration meter with a drive and a vibration element capable of vibrating impacted by the drive, at least one strain gauge configured to detect vibrations of the vibration element, measuring electronics containing an interface configured to receive a vibration response from at least one strain gauge, and a processing system connected with the interface, the processing system is configured to measure the drive excitation gain coefficient and determine whether the dissolved component added to the fluid is substantially completely dissolved based on the drive excitation gain coefficient; and a method for monitoring dissolution utilising said meter.
