SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for preparing a beverage from a solvent and ingredients. Apparatus comprises: a container containing the solvent; infuser, containing the ingredients; said infuser is being placed in the container; system for carrying the solvent from the container into said infuser at a given flow rate; arrangement for carrying the solvent from said infuser into the container, and for regulating the output flow rate of said solvent to an average value corresponding to the given input inflow rate.
EFFECT: this apparatus allows the amount of solvent inside the infuser to remain constant in order to guarantee optimal brewing of the ingredients.
