FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention discloses the perfected process and system for transfer of the solvent. Claimed system (10) for transfer of the solvent (20) comprises the flask (30) containing said solvent and tube (40) arranged in said flask. Note here that said tube has the first end (41) arranged nearby the flask lower part (36) and second end (42) extending to the flask upper part. Air pump (50) is used to develop the airflow to escape from said lower part so that at least the portion of said airflow gets into said tube at said first end for transfer of said solvent in said tube from said first end to said second end. Developed airflow, not vapour bubbles created naturally at the locally boiling solvent, makes the latter reach the tube second end at the temperature lower than the solvent boiling point. Invention is to be used, preferably, for making of the drink from the solvent and ingredients. Note also that said device includes the settling chamber arranged at the tube second end. Note that said settling chamber is meant for infusion of ingredients with the help of solvent escaping at the tube second end.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
