SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and device for preparing a beverage from a solvent and ingredients. Method includes the first stage of setting the solvent temperature to the first preset temperature; the first stage of brewing the ingredients in the solvent, which has the specified first preset temperature, during the first period of time; the second stage of setting the solvent temperature the second preset temperature; the second stage of brewing the ingredients in the solvent, which the second preset temperature during the second period of time.
EFFECT: this method and device allow to extract a large number of antioxidants from used ingredients.
