METHOD FOR CORRECTION OF MUSCULAR-TONIC ASYMMETRY IN HUMAN PARAVERTEBRAL AREA Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61H33/00 A61H39/00 A63B31/10

Abstract RU 2603619 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine, physical rehabilitation and can be used for correction of spinal functional disorders, associated with muscle imbalance, for example, scoliosis, osteochondrosis, postural disorders, for prevention of diseases of locomotor apparatus, providing improvement and operability of separate muscular groups and paravertebral muscles in whole. Method involves affect on muscles of gravity force of object from 0.3 to 3 kg/m2. For this patient is placed in pool with water, and standing on pool bottom, where water level reaches patient's clavicles line, patient performs lifting and immersion of object during 50 minutes every 2 minutes at change of water column of 30 cm from its surface in beat 30 times/min. Wherein before and after load muscle tone is measured by electromyotonometry in areas C3-Th8 in symmetric paravertebral points: VG15 - "I-men", located between 1 and 2nd cervical vertebrae, between right and left trapezoidal muscles, TR15 - "Tian-Liao", located on trapezoid muscle, V46 - "GE-Guan", located on broadest muscle of back at level of VII and VIII thoracic vertebrae. Change in muscle tone in specified points shows correction.

EFFECT: method provides minimization of pathological motor stereotypes, harmonization of muscle tone and enhanced contractility of chest muscles, leading to normalization of muscular-tonic asymmetry of paravertebral zone in individuals, wherein blood supply of pathologically spasm muscles is improved, their motor units are newly included in reciprocal relations, operation of myofibrils and sarcomeres with resumed length takes place in new, close to normal, dynamic and biomechanical conditions, so that even, when considerable disturbances of spine state takes place, method makes it possible to connect changed muscle corset in "proper operation" on elimination of disorders.
