Reflexotherapeutic techniques (corporeal reflex therapy, micro acupuncture) are combined with biodynamic correction involving relaxation of tonic tensed or degenerative changed cervical muscles, staged mobilisation of adjacent cervical segments and an affected spinal motion segment with gradual transformation of the spinal motion segment into the stage of Stoddard functional blocking. Lateral listhesis requires performing oscillating motions of a zygapophysial joint of the involved spine in a distraction position with low-amplitude manipulation. Anterior listhesis requires performing oscillating motions followed by pressing on the zygapophysial joint with leading the spine into an anatomically correct position. Retrolisthesis involves performing distraction and oscillating motions of the zygapophysial joint followed by pressing on the zygapophysial joint of the involved spine and maximum delivery of the involved vertebral body into an anatomically correct position.
