FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling flow rate and uniform distribution of liquid of a multichannel hydraulic system and is used, for example, in metallurgical production for controlling flow rate and uniform supply of liquid on surface of cooled articles/materials, for example rolled metal products, in particular rail during heat treatment. Device for controlling flow rate and uniformity of distribution of liquid of a multichannel hydraulic system comprises a fluid chamber with hydraulic input and two or more hydraulic outputs for discharge of electroconductive liquid, and at hydraulic input of liquid chamber a flow meter connected to a control unit. Each hydraulic output is equipped with, arranged on trajectory of jet released from hydraulic output, a measuring electrode connected via a current converter to control unit and to first output of common voltage source, second output of which is connected with fluid chamber and/or hydraulic outputs.
EFFECT: higher quality and continuous control of heat treatment of article/material, high stability of process of heat treatment, providing control of volume liquid fed into liquid chamber, as well as in uniformity of distribution thereof on channels of multichannel hydraulic system, providing control of time parameters of liquid jets and their sections when passing through hydraulic outputs.
