SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat and oil industry. Food fat margarine product containing deodorised refined vegetable oil, refined deodorised hydrogenated fat M3-1, refined deodorised palm oil, emulsifier, table salt, butter flavouring agent, edible acid and dye - carotene 30 %, characterised by that it further contains melted butter flavouring agent, edible acid used citric acid, preservative is potassium sorbate. All components are taken at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention broadens functional capabilities, improved organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological and flavour properties ensuring longer shelf life of obtained product.
