SUBSTANCE: device includes housing (1), chamber (17) for tobacco, having base (18) for tobacco, movable clamping beam (21) for moulding tobacco placed in chamber (17) for tobacco, into a rod, attached base (18) for tobacco support (27) for end of tobacco rod and slide (8), arranged to displace relative to housing (1) for cigarette packing sleeve (Z) with tobacco rod. Slide (8) is optionally fitted with support (29), which in installed position reduces path for movement relative to housing (1) by length (D), wherein support (27) is made so that when support (29) is installed, it is pressed into chamber (17) for tobacco by length (D).
EFFECT: disclosed is device (100) for packing prefabricated cigarette sleeves (Z).
