Plan perforations are formed as alternating windows joined by connecting members. Width of windows is 2/3 and length of windows is 2-5 the width of conveyance belt. Width of connecting members is equal to belt width. Windows in plank allow grinding of tobacco mass to be reduced and fibrous structure of tobacco to be undisturbed.
