FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, particularly to design of rear hinged side. Handle unit for hinged side of truck type pickup comprises guide tube with open end, handle (12), which is located in guide tube, and rotary assembly. Rotary assembly comprises rotary pin (22) connected to one end of handle (12) and with stop pin (20). Handle (12) in guide tube can move between retracted position and extended position. In extended position handle (12) passes through open end of guide tube and can be turned on rotary pin (22) for movement into support position. When handle is in support position, locking pin enters handle and locks it with position of releasing in said support position. Guide tube can be secured inside hinged side of truck type pickup.
