METHOD FOR ASSESSING EFFECTIVENESS OF ERADICATION THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE WITH COMBINATION OF GASTRODUODENAL PATHOLOGY Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/487 A61P1/04 A61P9/10

Abstract RU 2604143 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of evaluating effectiveness of eradication therapy in patients with ischemic heart disease with combination of gastroduodenal pathology, consisting in analyzing saliva, characterized by that patient's saliva in amount of 50-100 mcl, obtained after eradication therapy is applied to slide, and dehydration of preparations is performed in warm air flow at temperature of 40-50 °C and moisture content of 20-30 % for 15-20 minutes in horizontal position, obtained crystalloscopic facies are compared with pattern, specific for successful eradication therapy, by four indices, first of which is structure index, second - crystallizability, third - facies decomposition degree, fourth - protein border zone intensity, wherein if values of at least three of them match with pattern, eradication therapy is considered to be effective. Invention provides faster analysis with simultaneous simplification of method of efficiency assessment.

EFFECT: at similar assessment analysis sensitivity is 89 % in relation to combination of morphological and biochemical (fast urease) diagnostic techniques of helicobacteriosis; besides it is non-invasive, does not require special equipment and reagents, it is carried out for 10-15 minutes, simple and cheap.
