SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess the probability of atrophic gastritis in patients with chronic ischemic disease. According to the data of coronary angiography, the type of vascular lesion of the coronary arteries, the presence of uncontrolled intake of proton pump inhibitors PPIs and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs NSAIDs are determined in the patient. According to duplex scanning, the percentage of stenosis of the brachiocephalic arteries is determined. H. Pylori infection is detected. Further, the established risk factors are assigned gradations and predictive coefficients are determined. Then, using the regression equation, the probability of having chronic atrophic gastritis Y is determined according to the developed mathematical formula, in %.
EFFECT: invention allows to predict the presence of chronic atrophic gastritis in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease based on the analyzes already obtained in the study of the cardiovascular system and only one analysis of the gastroduodenal zone, i.e. for H. Pylori infection.
