SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual cutting devices. Manual cutting device comprises a main blade and a replaceable element. Main blade is fixed in the handle and has two holes. Main blade has a groove to attach the replaceable element. Replaceable element includes a blade with cutting edge, shank and a safety cable in the form of a loop with a knot. Handle is made with a slot. It is equipped with a mechanism and means to lock the replaceable element. Shank of the replaceable element is located in the slot of the handle. Blade with the cutting edge is installed on the main blade. There is a safety cable in the second hole of the main blade. Cable is made with the possibility of removal and installation onto the hook of the cutter handle without disturbance of loop knot.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is expansion of functionality and ease of use.
