FIELD: cutting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handheld cutting tools and can be used for cutting of products. Knife contains a blade installed in the handle; at that, the blade cutting blade orientation is made so that an angle is formed between the blade plane and the vertical working plane of the handle. Knife is made with blade turning mechanism with fixation, at that, blade is installed with possibility of rotation relative to handle longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: result is increased safety.
