FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, in particular to intraosseous implants, designed to restore the functional and aesthetic properties of the dentition, and also to methods of dental prosthetics using these implants. Intraosseous dental implant is made containing a plate. Implant is made entirely of the same material and has the shape of a blade. At the same time, it contains an intraosseous part and a super-process part in the form of a corresponding dental crown. Cutting edge of the endosseal plate has a two-edged sharpening. In the place determined for the implant-blade installation, a longitudinal incision is made of the mucoperiosteal tissue of the gum with a slight flaking on both sides of the alveolar ridge. Then determine the optimal angle of inclination and direction for insertion of the cutting edge, and only after the implant blade has already been tried and correctly positioned, begin smoothly directed indentation of the cutting edge until it becomes rigid in the jawbone. Moreover, after the installation of the blade implant, the protrusion height of the abutment shank is controlled. After that, in the traditional way, they take impressions and, having made a crown or bridge, fix them with dental cement on the abutment shank.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to create comfortable conditions for the best implant survival and significantly reduce the healing time of the wound and speed up the process of the general postoperative rehabilitation of the patient.
