FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite piezoelectric ceramic materials based on oxygen-octahedral type phases and can be used for making hydroacoustic devices, as well as microwave and ultrasonic devices, devices for accurate positioning of objects (lithography, tunnel focused-beam microscopes), etc. Composite piezoelectric ceramic material contains: phase A, obtained from PbO, ZrO2 and TiO2 with following ratio of components, in molar ratio (PbO:ZrO2:TiO2):[1:(0.33-0.39):(0.61-0.67)]; phase B obtained from PbO, ZnO, NiO·nH2O and Nb2O5 at following ratio of components, in molar ratio (PbO:ZnO:NiO·nH2O:Nb2O5):[1:(0.08-0.12):(0.22-0.25):0.33], where n = 1-3; phase C, obtained from PbO, Fe2O3·mH2O and Nb2O5 at following ratio of components, in molar ratio (PbO:Fe2O3·mH2O:Nb2O5):[1:0.25:0.25], where n = 1-3. Content of phases A, B and C in system in molar ratio is [(1-k/2) (0.54-0.6) A]+[(1-k/2)(0.4-0.46) B]+[kC], where k = 0.01-0.10.
EFFECT: technical result is increased values εT 33/ε, piezoelectric moduli and given parameters, determining efficiency of piezoelectric materials with preservation of high values Kp.
