FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to device for implantation of prosthesis inside tissue, limiting channel in human body, to cause narrowing of said channel, i.e. reduction of relative cross section. Device for implantation of prosthesis (12) in tissue comprises tubular element (7) with open end (18), through which prosthesis (12) can move outside, pressure element (16), acting on rear part (20) of prosthesis (12), first moving mean (21), programmed to move pressure element (16) inside tubular element (7) with provision of actuation of front end (19) of prosthesis (12) closer to said open end, and second moving mean (25), programmed for moving tubular element (7) back against pressure element (16) at given calculated value with provision of rear end (20) of prosthesis (12) moving outside said open end (18). Device (1) also comprises unit (30) of control for control first moving mean (21) and second moving mean (25), to provide accurate programming of movement of first moving mean (21) and second moving mean (25) and, consequently, pressure element (16) and tubular element (7). Wherein first moving mean (21) is programmed to move pressure element (16) inside tubular element (7) in such way, to bring front end (19) of prosthesis (12) to specified distance D from said open end (18) and second moving mean (25) is programmed for movement of tubular element (7) back to value equal to longitudinal size (DL) of prosthesis plus specified distance (D).
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of accurate location of prosthesis inside tissues; reduces risk of incomplete release of prosthesis inside tissue, when prosthesis is implanted into tissue, or reduces risk of release of part of possible subsequent prosthesis; provides possibility of isolation of prosthesises before their placement inside human tissue; as well as provides easy insertion of tubular body into tissue, protecting integrity of prosthesis.
