FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food waste treatment device. Device comprises a housing configured to form a space for dehydration and drying of food wastes. Housing has an inlet hole for introduction of food wastes and an outlet hole for unloading food wastes subjected to dehydration and drying, cylindrical dehydrator for removal of water contained in food wastes by centrifugal force inside the housing. Dehydrator has an connecting hole for connection to the inlet or outlet hole by its rotation. In the dehydrator there is a mixer which rotates simultaneously or independently of the dehydrator rotation. Mixer is used for selective opening or closing the connecting hole and for mixing and grinding food wastes inside the dehydrator by means of its rotation. Device also has a dryer for drying food wastes by supplying dry air into the housing.

EFFECT: invention provides quality treatment of food wastes.
